I know absolutely nothing about plumbing and heating, and so it is fantastic to have someone who I can trust enough to keep coming back to for work ranging from a full boiler replacements to an annual service. I was definitely most impressed by how swift they have been to diagnose a boiler problem, and subsequently how quickly the job was finished. To prove my point, I requested a non-urgent boiler replacement on a Monday evening at short notice and it was completed by the following Wednesday afternoon Another brilliant point of working with Enigma is that it is so straightforward to communicate using WhatsApp, and so there is no long delay with emails or calls that just go straight to voicemail. I would 100% recommend.
