From the very first meeting with Paul I knew this was someone, not only that I could trust, but someone I liked. His knowledge, and more importantly, his patience in explaining every aspect of what was required ( it’s a complicated roof) from valleys to bonnets, flashing to ridge lines, he took us through it all. I had my detached house retiled. Old tiles, batons and felt removed, and replace with new. Also, the rear gutter was replaced. Regency Roofing were both professional and easy to deal with, as well as being very good on price. Communication was excellent, so you always knew when scaffolding. skip and tiles were being delivered, and when work was to start. All the lads were polite, respectful, and the work was done in a clean manner. Tidying up as was appropriate. The whole crew were very approachable, and the finished job is excellent. I can highly recommend using them.

I I originally contacted Regency roofing as my house survey had highlighted the roof needed to be stripped and the fabric beneath the tiles replaced, then the tiles put back in position. Should this be something you are requiring then also ask for a quote to reroof with new tiles. It didn’t cost a great deal more and now I have a stunning looking roof compared with all the other houses. I also had two flat roofs redone. Regency roofing were able to put a slight pitch and gutter on them which is working so well compared the koi carp lakes I had before. Lead work great, new skylight fab.

Punctual, worked hard and kept me informed of the problems encountered. My many questions were answered well and I always had a chance to have input and a choice to solve the problems.

I've used Regency Roofing for replacing the double garage roof and this year was to replace my main roof to the house, I have always found the team very polite and they have always cleaned up after finishing the job. Mr Webb and his team arrived punctual and were extremely professional. They explained what they were planning to do and updated throughout the job. They kept the area very safe and clean throughout the day and left the area clean swept and washed when finished. I have had work done before by roofers however Mr Webb was by far the best and strongly recommended him if you’re looking for a reliable and good craftsman

Paul and team have just completed the retiling of our pitched roof with a small flat roof, which included removal of old tiles, new felt and batton, installing a Velux, chimney cowls and addition of bonnets. The finish is absolutely stunning. We are really pleased with the detail and care taken. No question or request for advice was too much for Paul. He even added on chimney cowls for us at the last minute. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will be using him again for our lower roof when the extension is completed.

Pauls and his team have done another first class Job. Their standards and courtesy is second to none. The team are efficient polite clean and are real tradesmen.
