ESP were very polite, responsive, they provided us with Everything we knew we needed and more, they have since even become energy brokers, that would of at the time been the Only thing that could of helped more, but this shows the commitment to their customers moving forward will add to the customer expectance

ESP Energy are a Shropshire based company who installed solar panels and electrical equipment at my property through September 2024; the system was fully commissioned by the end of the month. The whole process was seamless and completed according to agreed timescales. The quality of the final installation of the panels, cabling and all electrical equipment is truly exceptional. Plans were followed to the letter and all ESP staff were utterly professional at all times. Since install, there have been a couple of teething issues which were dealt with either from the ESP offices: the system is monitored 24/7 by ESP staff, or by a site visit. All problems were dealt with within half an hour of contacting the ESP office. In fact, in one instance, after having called the ESP office, a company director arrived to check the system in person within twenty minutes of calling! I would fully recommend ESP Sales and Service Ltd to join trustatrader.com without hesitation.

Ran ethernet cables. Dug trenches. Connected 2 separate power supplies into one. Installed solar and tesla powerwall3. Great attitude. Professional. Definitely value for money. Honest high quality job by a team of really nice people.

ESP Energy have been extremely professional, dedicated, reliable and a great company to deal with over the past 10 years. From Ross and Chris in the offices to Roger, Adam, Rich out on site.. Any problems/queries with our Biomass or Air Source, there is always someone on the other end of the phone to help, and if not advising myself, someone not too far away to come and sort/fix.. Service has been incredible. Highly recommend this company for any renewable energy..

Out standing company to deal with from start to finish

The organisation deserves praise for its professionalism and its customer focus - everybody involved, the site engineers, scaffolders, office support, management and executive were helpful, informative, and very competent. The fulfilment was carried our safely, and cleanly, and in a most accomodating manner. We were kept up to date with technical, operational and helpful information throughout the project. The result is an excellent solar facility, designed to meet our specific requirements, backed up by very thorough and well produced user documentation and certification. This is a company that is outstanding - well worth engaging for anyone who wants to pursue a practical and economical sustainable energy solution. We are delighted with both the solution and its delivery, and we have them to thank for it. I very much recommend this company, confident in their ability to deliver fitting solutions to the highest standards.

I can’t leave a picture , they are too high and out of sight! The whole experience went without a hitch , they left the place tidy and smarter than they found it! Very pleased with the whole process from start to finish, and the gains from the energy are very rewarding. Top job lads , I would recommend you to anyone looking for an efficient set up ! 😊
