I've had my boiler serviced by Carlos for a number of years now and arranged by Paul. This time had my boiler serviced and had my gas checked too. The guys are great, always great communication and do their best to fit around what can be an awkward schedule I have. Carlos is so knowledgeable of what he is doing, a true professional. In the past when I had a leak in my home it was the advice of Paul and Carlos that advised me to go down the route of Insurance which saved me £100's and while it took work away from them as my Insurer used their own services it showed that they have integrity, something very rare these days.

Annual boiler service by Taylor. Arrived when he said he would, super friendly (as usual), very efficient, made sure no mess was left. What more can I say except "100% recommend".

The service Taylor provided was excellent — polite, professional, and efficient. He even checked that all my radiators were working properly. As I’ve just moved in, I’m still unfamiliar with how to operate or troubleshoot the boiler, but he took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me helpful pointers to make sure it continues running smoothly. Carlos attended to fix a leak in my hot water system pipework and install a new stopcock (the old one had seized up). He did a great job - very competent. Very friendly too. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done.
