Second time I have used Facelift. First to install a roof velux and then to fix a damaged tile on my daughters roof. You never know with roofs! I found them prompt, helpful and friendly and would certainly recommend them. Even got a Christmas Card from them signed by all the office staff

This is the 2nd time we have used Facelift Home Improvements for work on our house in Horsham. We initially had our conservatory redone, including a solid roof with veluxes. We were so pleased with Ian and his team that we had no hesitation in asking him to provide replacement double glazing. The quality of the windows and the standard of workmanship in the installation is excellent. The tradesmen were tidy and left no mess when they left! They were polite and accommodating and we have no hesitation in recommending this company. We have now put them in contact with our son who lives in Kent.

Although I have not been able to attend the property and inspect the work myself my tenant has told me that the work has been completed in a very satisfactory way. They tell me that the standard of workmanship has been very good. Their workmanship was top quality, and they went above and beyond by correcting some previous double glazing work hadn't been done properly - at no extra cost. I am in the process of having my windows and doors replaced. I have used Facelift on 3 occasions and have been very pleased with their service, communication and the fitters. Steve and Finn were the fitters on this visit and were polite, friendly and respectful of my property. They arrived on time and did a great job. I will be using Facelift again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We had a member of Facelift come around to see the problem we had with the roof plus also we enquired about fitting a Velux window on the opposite side of the roof. Ian of Facelift looked at both things we needed and gave us a quote which we accepted due to being a fair price. The workers came on the booked time and went out their way to be very polite and hardworking. Both jobs were completed in good time and were very happy with the results. I would not hesitate to use Facelift again if I had any further problems that they could help us with.

This was the second time we have used Facelfit and they did an excellent job. The team were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, did the work to an excellent standard and left the site clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Ian at Facelift offered me an option to convert an old brick shed area and to install a much needed 2nd toilet area. A new roof and doors at both ends, attached to the house, now makes the space dry, waterproof and usable as a utility room. Despite several alternative quotes, Facelift offered an easy solution at an agreeable cost. Their approach to the project is very customer friendly and they made any alterations as the work progressed, listening and acting upon any thoughts I had.

Excellent sales communication and quotation visit involving detailed door specifications and patient query discussions to help our selection decision. A welcome pre-installation survey to tie down the spec. was thorough and informative with good communication on queries. The installation team were personable, experienced, tidy and proficient. The total enquiry to fitting process time took longer than we were expecting but was very thorough. Very happy indeed with the product spec. and installation quality.

The guys who carried out the work were excellent. They were tidy and cleaned up after themselves and answered any questions.
