Danny was fantastic. Turned up (on time) at short notice to fix CH system before the weekend. Did a great job and didn’t leave without making sure all working fine. Even followed up after the weekend. Can’t recommend enough.
The gentleman I spoke to gave me fantastic advice over the phone, he was clear about my options, gave me honest advice and left me feeling good about the next steps for my boiler.
Danny was recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed at all. It was really refreshing that a tradesman actually turned up on the day he said he would and was on time. Danny is knowledgeable, extremely thorough and explains everything in laymen's' terms and is not patronising in any way. He serviced our oil boiler and explained in some depth the reasons to his findings. I am impressed by his quality of work, knowledge and customer care. I booked him for our next service without hesitation. Great work Danny.
We had an issue with our central heating and although Danny couldn't attend in time, he talked me through a temporary solution at no charge for his time. That is good service in my book.
