"Shortly after moving into an old home,I originally contacted John regarding a couple of chimney issues to which he promptly came out to take a look and advise me on what needed doing. Upon inspecting the chimney and surrounding roof, John identified some rather large issues with the roof itself and advised on what was needed to bring it up to scratch. He presented a range of options and not once did I feel pressured into the most expensive route. His team handled the whole job efficiently with good communication from John and his team throughout the process.Thanks"

Be very wary of “fixed price” quotes from Fasciarite Roofing Ltd. We were quoted £ 2380.00 plus vat for a roof repair. Given that this work may have taken a couple of days, the price seemed a bit high but not unreasonable. The repair was completed in 4 hours, one of which was to source some materials. John Broadway, who represents Fasciarite Roofing Ltd, has refused to re-evaluate the bill, despite the diagnosis being wrong and the job taking 4 hours. His opinion is that we accepted a fixed price and that’s the end of it. Only engage this business on an hourly rate plus materials.
