"The cleaner provided by FBS for regular domestic cleaning has been excellent. It’s so hard to find someone who pays meticulous attention to detail, and Carmen from FBS does. She cleans properly - paying attention to things like mould around the shower, hoovering under the sofa cushions and listening to any feedback I provide. FBS also provides housekeeping services like making the beds and ironing. 5 star service and very pleased!"

They arrived promptly as agreed in the morning, and I was able to leave them to it, returning later to a clean and tidy property ready for handing back to the landlord. The clean included full oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer cleans, as well as internal windows (and downstairs external). The quote was very competitive, also. Sometimes there were slight delays in response to queries at the outset, but otherwise everything else was 10/10."
