Felixdb ltd is an architectural design company specialising in residential refurbishment in west London. I have been designing and refurbishing houses in west London since 2004 so have experience of most London property type and construction projects in London. We offer a personalized design service from planning applications through to interior design and joinery drawings. We can offer professional CAD drawings, three dimensional isometric drawings, and computer and hand drawn visualizations. Following an enquiry I will visit the property often within a couple of days to provide a one on one consultation free of charge. From measured survey we can submit a planning application in two weeks. Often clients may require us to submit planning at exchange on a property so that planning permission and construction can start at completion of the sale of a property. We supply high quality design and planning services at competitive prices and timescales.
