Fleming's installed a Veranda at the back of the house. There were some issues from the supply side but when the right kit turned up they got on with the job. Excellent communications and a friendly and unpressured survey with various options discussed and questions answered promptly. Fitting team were also excellent, worked very hard and corrected a number of supply issues as the beams have been supplied slightly longer than spec. Overall a very professional and flexible service, with an excellent fitting team, who cleaned up after. It is worth noting this is a three tier system, Fleming's who carryout the survey, co-ordination, billing, discuss options and manage the contract, the suppliers (of which there are a number depending on the style/frame you want) who provide the hardware and the fitting team who do the installation. Fleming's did send me a contract that was generated automatically that was actually for commercial buyers which I refused to sign and caused a moments worry but this was quickly sorted out. Overall a very good service, friendly and helpful staff with all questions and queries answered or sorted out promptly.

When the initial meeting took place Flemming Verandahs were very knowledgeable and offered a lot of advice. The sales process was easy and lacked the 'hard' sale, which was refreshing. The build team were professional and respectful of my property. The work was carried out to a high level and they left the property tidy and clean. Their after sales service was excellent ensuring I was happy with my purchase. I was so impressed with Flemmings I then ordered a glass wall to add to the verandah, which was fitted in October.

Veranda installed at rear of property. Throughout, experience has been positive. No pressure, but very good communication. When installation team had a vehicle breakdown I was kept fully informed and revised date was arranged immediately. Installation team very friendly and did great job. They explained what would happen during the day, and cleaned up afterwards. Payment terms were clearly explained from the outset and those didn't change.

We've had a veranda with an electric under awning fitted. The fitters who came on installation day (Friday 13th October 2023) were great and worked really hard in not great conditions as it was pouring with rain. Unfortunately they couldn't fully complete the installation as the wrong side strips and drainage had been supplied. This didn't affect the veranda in any way as more cosmetic in the case of the strips and as for the drainage the water could run out from the bottom of the post until the correct pipe was fitted. We had a few hiccups getting a completion date but they came and finished the job on the 21st November 2023 and we are happy with the overall job.

Erected on time within one day. Perfect - no problems. Use it regularly in spring, summer and autumn. It's like sitting in your garden but protected from wind and rain. You can see all the flowers, bushes and trees and listen to the birds singing on a summers evening.

Very very happy with our new outdoor living BBQ area. We initially contacted Darren at Fleming’s after meeting Georgia in their showroom in Birmingham near on 2 years ago now. We were very impressed with the level of detail, enthusiasm and eagerness to help - nothing was too much. We had a free visual render produced showing us what we could have and what the new space could look like, which in all honesty - is exactly what sold it to us. By no means the cheapest from the other 3 quotes we had, but the dedication and support we had from Darren and the guys in the office was second to none. There were a few supplier issues, mainly due to the recent weather and world wide crises at the moment, but eventually had the works started by a team of very knowledgable, clean and tidy gentleman including Sandy, Johns daughter I believe, who accompanied them to site as a helper. Lovely people and a lovely young lady I might add. Myself and Steve would genuinely recommend any of the team, their dedication and service to what they do, to anyone. Go with these guys if you want your dream space to become a reality!!

Fleming verandahs you should be very proud of your team mentioned above. They arrived on time 7.45 am both days always with a smile and charm that you don't see that early in the morning. Their work was impeccable throughout their time at our house. You all gave a very professional service from day one survey, quote etc you won't find better prices that come with this type of overall service. they will always be our first choice. From the initial meeting/site survey to the end result, I had 3 quotes and Flemming came in on my planned budget. Rob is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all things verandas, glass rooms etc. We went big on ours 8x3m with a 4x3m powered awning, initially as a fixed glass roofed awning, with planned glass sides and glass sliding doors later. We did have a couple of technical problems, due to the micro tolerances of German engineering but these were rectified very quickly, Rob and Chris (Flemming sales) also had a CAD drawing made for us which was very helpful in our final design decision, they have been super helpful and using WhatsApp for video calls etc is a super quick way to communicate. A big mention to Tom (Indigo) the fitter/technician, soooo helpful, tenacious and precise to make everything right. Also, his gang were very respectful of the client's property and very polite too. Customer service is second to none, very helpful and responsive. Bravo Flemming.

Very happy with our anthracite grey 'Piemonte' glass veranda, installed by the team at Fleming Verandas in November 2024.

I must say I am very impressed and pleased with the outcome of our new outdoor dining space provided by the fantastic team at Fleming Verandas UK. I have had several other competitors come out to us over the last two (as we've been deliberating back and forth) but was immediately sold by the courteous and respectful approach by the team at FV. Darran came around to our Somerset holiday home last year and we have had back and forth with him and the team in the office for the past twelve months. A courteous prompt by the marketing team by sending us out a pleasant Christmas card in December (hand-written!) and a reconnecting call by myself and the wife, we booked a visit in for early January to meet Darran again and this time, Robert the MD, in person. The team had a 'shoes off' policy after knocking, even though we insisted that they came straight through, out of the cold and wet weather - something so small, but showed us that we wanted and trusted them in our home from the get-go. Survey done, deposit paid and visual drawings approved and delivery scheduled adhered too, Curtis and Anthony visited us with Cacper (hope I'm spelling that right!) and the team began work on a rather unpleasant rainy day in April and completed the glass room project within a week on site. No mess, no cutting, no late or missed days - just adhered to the common courtesy of working on someone's beloved property and keeping to a 'gents' schedule. Nearly two months on, we are IN LOVE with our new outdoor dining space!

I had a Piemonte glass veranda fitted by Fleming Verandas, work completed last Friday. They were fantastic from beginning to end. Sam and Rob were extremely helpful and professional during my initial contact, and Chris was very supportive on the phone with any post-survey questions. One slight hiccup before Christmas meant it had to be rescheduled, an issue with the delivery provider which was promptly rectified and explained. But when the lads turned up to fit, they were very thorough and professional, and fitted the product within the timeframe they had stipulated.
