I have used Colin and Steve on a number of jobs now laying carpets and wooden flooring for me , they're professionalism and work quality is without doubt one of the best I have seen , I don't use anyone else now they come in measure up , order and carryout the fitting , they always advise myself what the best options are available for me on that particular project , I would highly recommend them , many thanks again boys see you soon 👍

Came to the job with a well mannered attitude, did not cause any fuss with the other workers on site and when they finished they made sure the rooms where clean and any rubbish from the job was neatly in bags left In the corner

I’m really happy with my new carpet, good quality and looks great. I used this company twice for my flat and my new house and I couldn’t be more pleased.
Colin and Steve work incredibly quickly. They removed my old carpets and put new ones in the lounge, 2 bedrooms, landing and stairs today. It looks great and the price was incredibly reasonable. They took care of everything from start to finish, great customer service and pleasant attitude. 100% recommend.

Extremely disappointing experience with a company called Flooring Genie. I found trader from Flooring Genie through a website that claimed the trader was trustworthy which led me to believe I could rely on their services. I paid £1,700 for a flooring job that included latex application in one room and a hallway, as well as removing old flooring. The levelling of the flooring had been completed by another provider, together with the purchasing of the flooring. However, I wasn’t happy with this levelling, and I ask this trader to do the job again for me, but still was not very happy with the finish and the levelling of this floor, I have photographs to support my claims. I trusted this trader based on the recommendation of a reputable website, but my experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing I do not recommend this company to anyone

"Our first dealing with this customer was that she was unhappy with the work carried out by another reputable company, she persuaded us to take the job on. The flat had already been screeded, but she wanted her hall and 2 bedrooms to be re-screeded we did not question this. Also, in one bedroom she wanted us to take up all the screed, due to customer saying that the previous fitters did not uplift the old vinyl tiles. We did not believe this needed to be carried out but did as the customer requested. We did not charge for all this extra work. The next stage of the job was to pick up her vinyl flooring from the company she had a dispute with which we did. We went back to the flat and began laying the chosen vinyl which she checked and again said she was happy for us to proceed. We laid all areas apart from one area which had not yet dried and advised we would be back on the Monday. After leaving we were called by the customer who said it was the wrong flooring we
Colin and Steve were extremely helpful and hardworking; quite knowledgeable and experienced, they answered all our questions.Price was quite reasonable too. We will definitely recommend them to friends, family and anyone in need of proper carpet fitting.Thank you.
