We have an old chapel with a roof of about 130 square metres. It had been treated with spray foam insulation which necessitated a reroof. We chose Forthright Roofing as their quote was the keenest and they were very straightforward to deal with. We are delighted with the new roof. The guys fitting the roof were very hard working and polite and were very tidy whilst the job was in progress. We used Forthright later for some masonry work in the garden and again they did an excellent job.

We would highly recommend this company. They provided videos and physical evidence of the necessary repairs. The workers were extremely polite, hardworking and competent. Everyday they ensured that everything was tidy before they left. The boss regularly updated us on the progress and timescales. The work was completed satisfactorily and they have maintained contact to ensure there are no ongoing problems. They are a company that care.

Assessment of work to be done to guttering and chimney was good and explained clearly.. 3 men doing the work on the day worked hard in very cold weather. Very polite, showed me work they had done. Expensive job but reassured that it was well done.

This company has specialist teams, who arrive fully informed, with knowledge of their tasks and get swiftly into action. All staff were cheerful and polite, worked diligently and were a pleasure to meet. I had tiles removed from the eaves, the area was then prepared, and felt support trays were laid to the front and rear of my property. A separate team of three, then arrived to install new ‘flashing’ above my porch. Everything went like clockwork. Afterwards, they swept up and all areas were left clean and tidy.

I dealt with Forthright roofing on behalf of my mother. Initially they quoted to remove tiles, replace membrane and put back existing tiles but after work started they provided videos and photographic evidence proving that more extensive work was needed. They provided prompt but detailed quotes and their website portal was easy to use. Despite being a larger job than initially thought, the job was conducted promptly and professionally and I was was regularly updated with progress.

Received a call to discuss the job and recrived a quote right away. The work was completed quickly, after the parts arrived. Even provided further installation advice. Install team were very friendly, leaving a positive experience. Will use them in the future if any works on roof needed.

Very efficiently done in a about 3 hours, and cleaned up well afterwards. Showed me a picture of roof from their phone I so could see what was done. They fit dry ridge roof tiles underneath what is there existing rather than replace anything. Work is guaranteed for 15 years so just remind them to send the guarantee, so you get it.

Walter and the team did a fantastic job removing our leaking redundant chimney. They were quick, polite, great workmanship and reasonable priced. This is the second job we had Walter and the team do, and I have confidence knowing that if they have done the work we will not have issues in the future. Would highly recommend.

We recently had the opportunity to work with Forthright Roofing after encountering issues with falling bricks and leaks from our chimney. From the outset, we were impresse by their prompt response and the reasonable quote they provided. The repair work was carried out by Walter and Jamie, who exemplified professionalism throughout the process. They were not only efficient in their approach but also approachable, with Walter taking the time to explain each stage of the repair in detail. This transparency helped alleviate any concerns I had regarding the work being performed.

Forthright were incredible quick to respond to my query and booked in time to visit that week. The work was done quickly with follow up by a senior member of staff to discuss the chimney and potential next actions. All done very politely.

I called and was told I would get call back the next day. I got a call the same day. I shared how my tiles looked to me and Steve said he would get his roofers to survey them. A couple of roofers were on site the next day -10/03/25. I knew about 1 missing/fallen tile. This was replaced. The Roofers advised of other broken tiles. They came back the following day (11/03/25) and replaced 3. I'm very grateful.
