This was workmanship of the highest order with a very helpful and open approach from quotation to completion. On an old building new issues kept arising as the project progressed but they were fully discussed and dealt with very competently. The end result looks magnificent. The firm is highly recommended.

I have no experience of listed buildings but have responsibility for selling one as part of an estate. I contacted various specialist builders to repair joists and floor of a small flying freehold, expected to take less than 2 days. Mostly not interested in advising or quoting, even as a fill-in job. FPS’s Phil, with 40 years’ experience, was the exception. The work was completed to a high standard within the 2 days, at a reasonable price, photos taken as a record of work done and I was kept informed throughout. Excellent work, very thorough and detail focussed. Clean and tidy workers. Fitted out our en suite and did such a good job we asked them to fit our kitchen too. Did a great job of the work and would definitely have them back to do any other building work we need.

I had sound proofing installed. It took a long time to find a trades man to do it but it was well worth the wait to find Phill. I explained I wanted the reductoclip system and he went away and looked it up and did a through research. He was in constant communication with the company to make sure it was installed correctly. Him and his workmen worked really hard and the job was excellent. I am very pleased. His rates were reasonable too considering the work was quality.
