Russ was so lovely and carried out the works quickly and efficiently. I had two spotlights go out about 12+ feet high and luckily he brought a ladder tall enough for the job :) The works were originally booked in a few days prior but nobody turned up, and I was only contacted about 4 hours later (despite me messaging and calling multiple times) that the person that was supposed to come was stuck in traffic. I asked to rebook for a couple of days later and that was confirmed only 3 hours before the time and date requested, so the communication could have been a little better in that respect.

They arrived on time and did a really good job,the gentleman who did the fitting was really nice and polite and cleaned up really well after,would recommend this company for any work that needed doing on your property

I'd booked in Chris to fit a curtain pole for me. He let me know when he was on his way and turned up on time. He was also super helpful and friendly. I'd messed up with buying a curtain pole that was too short, so I nipped out to buy a new one and he managed to book me in for later that day. As well as going out of his way to accommodate me, he also did a great job of putting up the curtain pole and in good time.
