David, the engineer, was friendly and efficient, and left me all the paperwork I needed. The boiler service report was emailed to me within the hour, and payment was quick and straightforward. I cannot recommend David and his family run business enough as the level of service provided was outstanding. A local gas company were replacing the mainlines and discovered my parents carcass (pipes that feed the house appliances) was dangerously leaking so my parents were left without gas last Thursday afternoon. I called David that evening and he visited them Friday after finishing his working day to assess the matter and returned the following Tuesday to rectify. He communicated in a clear manner the work required plus found an improved routing for the pipework which made the job even better. Lorraine's communication (David’s wife) was above and beyond my expectations with a clear quotation plus accommodated my Dad’s ongoing hospital appointments and provided updates regarding David’s arrival. This family business takes great pride in working amongst the local community, puts to shame larger organisations and does the work to a high standard for a more than fair price.

After calling Gas Boiler Services, David arrived within 2 hours to quote for a new boiler installation. He explained what was required and answered all our questions so we understood what the procedure was when the installation started. Lorraine supplied a quote, itemising the work, which arrived the same day. The quote was very competitive and offered a 10 year warranty on the boiler (other gas engineers only offered a 5 year warranty). We were very impressed with their workmanship, professionalism and are very happy we chose them to do the work, and would definitely recommend them.

Would thoroughly recommend Gas Boiler Services. A friend had suggested we contact them regarding our boiler as they had had a great experience with them previously. Despite a number of challenges with the previous boiler configuration they were able to complete the installation on time - new boiler working perfectly so far. Very professional and courteous staff and left the room in pristine condition - even shining the new pipework before they left. We've been trying to source a good plumber since we moved to Enfield and have really struggled - will be using Gas Boiler Services from now on.

I first contacted David to repair a 33 year-old Potterton boiler which he did within about thirty minutes. I was impressed with his knowledge, so asked him to quote for a system upgrade. He has since returned and fitted a new combi boiler. I am delighted with the new installation. I would certainly recommend David for his extensive knowledge and professionalism, both on repair response, and installation expertise.

Had a leak in heating system, must have been lucky, they showed up within 2 hours. Fixed the issue, happy days. Heating is on, water is hot, no leaks.

I can not praise David enough, he is thrustworthy, honest and fully knowledgeable. He explained the pros and cons of different kinds of boilers, which helped us to decide which one to choose. He fitted the new boiler with no fuss. It was an excellent service from start to finish, even Lorraine from the office was great. She answered my emails quickly and also kept in touch, by message and email, to inform of the timings. All work was completed on time and neatly. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable central heating engineer.

Got straight back to me when I called offering a same day appointment. Unfortunately my phone was playing up and I could not receive or make calls, they text me to let me know they could not contact me. An appointment was made by text.I was phoned and advised when the workman was on the way. He knew exactly what was wrong very quickly and was able to repair it straight away. An all round excellent service, I would definitely recommend them.

He explained what he was doing and gave advice clearly. Pricing was very fair and again very clearly explained. I will have no hesitation in using this company again or recommending them to others.

If you want a decent, reliable and honest person then look no further. David replaced a boiler, fitted a new radiator in the kitchen fixed a downstairs toilet and replaced 3 TRV heads. I would definitely have no hesitation in calling this Company again as David was a professional in every way. Also Reasonably priced. Super helpful and friendly, on the phone and in person. I moved in to a property with a very old boiler, ineffective heating and a shower problem. I was quoted promptly and the work completed the next week. All the problems have been solved, I would highly recommend this company to everyone.!
