Daron quickly identified that the existing 12 year old boiler heating element was partially blocked and initially tried to power flush the system as the quickest and most cost effective solution. This effort was supplemented by also converting the open vented system to a closed system which significantly improved the performance and resulted in radiators that at least got warm, but sadly not hot. Hence Daron advised replacement with a new larger output pressurised boiler which he ordered, collected and fitted the next day. Now we have radiators that heat up quickly and get as hot as we want them, which has transformed the comfort levels of our house. Thank you!

Mr Bates installed our central heating several years ago which included removing the water tank and installing a combi -boiler. He has subsequently regularly serviced the boiler and he is a methodical and thorough engineer. We also used Mr Bates to install our gas fire that resulted in him having to alter the chimney breast, and he kept the area clean and tidy throughout the task. Highly recommended.

I recently bought an apartment with an ageing and unreliable PowerMax boiler. There was no simple replacement as this old boiler used a twin flue system & was located away from all the external walls. I needed an efficient and reliable boiler to be relocated near an outside wall & have all the new pipes run back to the old boiler location without ugly exposed pipes. I did my research to find a reliable local company & was impressed by Daron’s 5 star reviews. I had previously obtained a few quotes from some big name companies but I felt they had not understood the complexity of the job & were more expensive. In short, Daron did an excellent job. All new pipes were cleverly routed up over the ceiling & back to the original central point. I found Daron friendly and highly professional. He takes pride in his workmanship. I have no hesitation in recommending him. In fact, since the work has been completed my neighbour has decided to contact Daron to have him resolve her boiler issue.
