My boiler was leaking, and Gascore were able to come out on the same day. They quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed within the hour, even sourcing parts locally. Sam explained the issue thoroughly, and was really helpful.

Gascore were very efficient and professional. Rikki attended at short notice to rectify a fault which shut off my boiler/hot water and has since carried out some other minor works. These were all to a high standard. I would highly recommend.

We recently had a new gas combi boiler installed in our new home by Gascore. We’d used them just two years ago to replace our oil boiler at our old house, so it was an easy choice to call Rikki and the team again. They were friendly, professional, and gave excellent advice on the best setup for our home. The installation was quick, efficient, and everything was left clean and tidy. On Christmas Day a radiator in the lounge came away from the wall and started leaking. On 29th December I rang Gascore and they came the same day (an out of hours call) as they were concerned that we had no heating. They ordered 2 new radiators. A few days before they were due to visit, the gas boiler stopped working. It was old so I decided on a new one. They managed to get the new boiler for the day they were coming with the radiators. They also drained and refilled all the radiators in the house. The installers were very hard working and caring and I would certainly recommend them.

Rikki installed a new cylinder and fixed the boiler. He installed wall heaters that fit exactly, and his work has given our home an extra boost of warmth. I can really feel it no,w and I'm so glad we found him. There were a few times we asked Rikkie to come back to help us understand how the boiler worked, and he was responsive and professional. Rikkie clearly explained how the new system worked and what to do in the event of a power cut. Rikkie is a tidy person and has a super sense of humour. It is a pleasure to have him in the house. Installed an internet gateway and smart thermostat on my six year old Vaillant boiler. Clearly knowledgable about the technology, was able to recommend the best thermostat for the property. Installation carried out with care and attention. Went the extra mile and managed to resolve a long standing issue with a radiator which had baffled others. Fair price for the work. Good communication before and during the job. Highly recommended.

Rikki and Sam were called at short notice to quote for replacement of an open vented hot water cylinder and tank. Gascore supplied, fitted and commissioned a a neat, slimline unvented system at the back of a tight cupboard after we cleared the existing installation and pipework. Very professional, polite and reliable.

Easy to book and good communication. Arrived on time and was so polite and friendly. Found the issue and sorted it real quick. Other issues came up and was given an un pushy choice to get them fixed as well. Worked clean and quick. I'll definately use again and would recommend to my mates.

We were urgent need to replace an obsolete boiler. Agreed all the details in person and received a professional quote quickly, together with a reasonable price (compared to many of the others received quotes). All work completed to the estimated deadlines and we were kept in the loop about the progress. Had some basic queries after which they addressed quickly over phone but also offered a visit if required. Overall very impressive with the company and the new system has been working nicely since install. Will be in touch again for the first service!

Had a new Grant Oil Boiler fitted by Gascore, got a prompt quote from Rikki which was all costed and explained to what was going to be done. 5 days later new boiler fitted in time for Christmas and the cold weather. Rikki and his team were professional and friendly throughout the great job they did.

The team from Gascore did a great job of installing a new combi boiler, including moving it to a different position from the original at my request. They managed to complete the work in only a day, and returned the next morning to make a couple of final adjustments. The job was neatly done and the location left very clean, plus the old boiler and associated equipment removed. I was very pleased and would highly recommend.

We were very pleased with the installation of our new central heating system. The installation was carried out in a professional and timely manner. The price quoted was what we paid and were not charged for any extras. It was a pleasure to have Rikki and his team in our house. They were polite, courteous, protected flooring, careful not to cause damage, and left the house clean and tidy. Existing boiler and radiators, and packaging were all removed from the property. Extremely impressed by the professionalism and skill of Rikki and the team. Removed a broken boiler from the third floor attic and installed new boiler in ground floor extension. No impact apart from a small hole in plaster in extension ceiling despite all the work to hook up the boiler to the pipes on the other side of house. Very impressive quality of work. Finally found a reliable and trustworthy plumber.

Really great service. We had no hot water or heating. They came out straight away to have a look and found that a leaking radiator he drained the central heating. They sorted out the leak then came back a few days later to replace the radiator and bring the boiler and heating system up to scratch. Really efficient communication and friendly team.
