A very professional and friendly service

It was time for annual service of Boiler they installed sometime ago now and this time it was to be a deep clean and replacement of a certain item and it would take some time to do everything. Boiler has been working excellently for many years. A deep clean it certainly was. They are always very thorough and provide a very good customer service. Will always use GHPS for any problems

The work was carried out very efficiently but attendance for various aspects of the work, involving different workers, was sporadic.

Answered call immediately and turned up as arranged. Dealt with problem very quickly and professionally and left area clean. Very impressive overall. Made the experience a very positive one.

I want to commend Aaron for his exceptional service. He went above and beyond, working extremely hard without even taking a break! His dedication and skill were super impressive.

GHPS were brilliant, after years of repeatedly suffering with blocked drains, finally we had someone that was able to get to the root of the problem and fix it immediately. Paul was very professional and his work was fantastic, I would highly recommend this company.

Paul undertook a huge project for me. Preparing my flat for refurb. He fitted a new boiler and removed a vast old one, two new shower rooms. All the plumbing for a new kitchen, quooker tap, washing machine/dishwasher. He also installed underfloor heating throughout. He worked on the property for around 9 months and problem solved on numerous occasions. He was correct many times when the shops supplying the goods made errors. But mostly, he has continued to sort out any snagging that occurs and is normal with a job of my size. He always answers calls, he always helps, and his follow up dedication to ensuring all is well is simply amazing. Paul and his staff at GHPS have integrity and they want what is best for their customers. It is easy to be excellent on the job, it is a different league when you are excellent months after the job, when all bills have been paid, and you still ensure that everything is working properly. To me, that is a totally different measurement.

I am very pleased with the service I received, both from the engineer and also in dealing with office. My hot water supply got fixed quickly and efficiently and I will definitely use GHPS in the future.

We had a new boiler and other upgrade works done. Aaron was great to have around the house and we are very pleased with the results. And it came in under budget! We always use GHPS and are delighted to recommend them to everyone.

Original contact was regarding a terrible smell coming from washing machine. Aaron was fantastic, so friendly. Went above and beyond. It took a couple of visits but he persevered and solved the problem. I totally recommend GHPS. All communication with Alex in the office were also super efficient and quick to respond. Thank you.
