My solar panels had stopped working after I had spray foam insulation removed. Giant Solar where very efficient, and professional in diagnosing and fixing the fault. And went above and beyond in their service. A pleasure to deal with, they clearly care about their work and their customers.

At the end of 2025 my solar batteries and inverter malfunctioned. The company responsible for the initial purchase and installation weren’t too interested in helping fix the problem. After two and a half months of frustration, I ended up contacting Giant Solar Ltd. Within two days one of their technicians, Nayeem, was on site. Two weeks later new upgraded batteries were in place and a replacement inverter had been installed. Problem fixed! So, ten stars to Giant Solar, particularly Nayeem and Ray, for their prompt, professional, effective and efficient technical expertise, advice and service.

No sooner was my job listed than Giant Solar of Wolverhampton were in touch. Details were exchanged, a deposit was paid and within two days one of their technicians turned up and completed the job very efficiently. I was absolutely delighted with the service that was provided.

I’ve just had a solar inspection today by Giant Solar LTD. The Certified Inspector has done a wonderful job and has found a fault and corrected it. He explained everything, and checked the whole system leaving nothing out. The communication between myself and this company has been fantastic, they are a legitimate company, with a high standard of service to the customer. I am delighted I finally found a company who I can rely on due to my own solar company going in to liquidation. You will not regret getting Giant Solar LTD to maintain your solar panels. Giant Solar Ltd provided a very thorough and professional service when responding to a fault and the subsequent repair works that required a new Inverter on a PV system. The team were very helpful and courteous throughout the process both onsite and communication.

The engineer arrived on time, was very polite. He went about his work very professionally and kept us informed. He completed the testing and repair, showed us it was now working and said a report would be sent to us confirming the problem and solution. This arrived promptly. He tidied up and left. He was an excellent representative of your company.

Having been ‘ripped off’ by my original supplier with my p.v.Installation, I was apprehensive regarding a problem that had occurred. However, I contacted Mr. Rehan of Giant Solar who was able to help me regain trust with the installation industry.

Giant Solar we great from start to finish. They installed the batteries and the invertor for me as I requested. We have always had the problem of using to much electric we told the electric company who did nothing . We decided to have solar panels installed and still not much changed. I spoke to Giant Solar who noticed the high usage of electric when installing . The technician said you are right something is wrong. He started looking around to solve the problem. His persistence paid off . The Technician went above and beyond to make sure before he left that everything was how it should be.
