Called Glaze-fix about a cracked roller hinge on our bifold doors. They arrived promptly and even though they had to spend some time ringing around for the parts they got back as soon as found with a great quote and returned promptly to fit the parts and ensured it was working better than before. Any phone calls I made was answered promptly and always very helpful. Can't believe how professional everyone I came into contact was. Not great. Delays. (Although last reseal was quicker than the kettle boiling!) STILL leaking. OLD mastic left on. Resealed over. Advised “we don’t guarantee …” only informed this week of that. Website advised “specialist in conservatory “ Job not complete

I used Glaze-fix previously to fit some new PVC casement windows. They did a great job so I booked them again to come and fix some window/door locks that weren't working and causing a security issue. They came quickly, explained the issues and fixed the problems. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and great value for money. I can't rate them highly enough.

Purchased new microchip cat flap, existing cutout too large, required new UPVC door panel and fitting cat flap. Glaze-fix (Mason) and colleague arrived removed existing panel, replaced, fitted new cat flap…..clean tidy and efficient.Recommend….

I was recommended Auto Glaze by my parents, who spoke highly of their service. Having just moved into my first home on my own, I wanted to ensure my locks and windows were secure. The team who assessed everything were incredibly informative and helpful. The reception team are so kind and accommodating, helping me arrange a date that worked around my full-time job. On the day, Matt—who had also been at the survey —came and swiftly fixed everything perfectly. The whole team was professional, polite, and efficient. Fantastic service from start to finish—couldn’t ask for anything more!

Gents were super knowledgeable and professional. We had a pleasure of having them to do the repairs. They were ethical with their advice on the repairs and didn’t advise we should replace them, but repair them. Thanks a lot guys.
