I would highly recommend Glenfield electrics as they were reasonably priced compared to other quotes I was given and were very professional.

Work was completed in a timely and professional manner with no issues afterwards. Very warm and friendly office staff who communicated well.

Completely professional and reliable from start to finish. A re-wire was not necessary and they fitted a new consumer unit and some other work to bring it all up to date. Various people came for the two occasions I needed them, Shaun, Rhys and Will, all fantastic. Communication with Phil and Jessica in the office was also great. I would completely recommend this company for any electrical work, large or small.

After being Impressed with the Google Nest Hello doorbell the Glenfield Electrical installed last year, I decided to have 2 outdoor camera's installed. I needed 2 sockets in my loft and the cameras installing. Reece and the team took around 1 hour from start to finish, and as with every job from Glenfield Electrical, there was no mess at the end. A perfect service.

Dave arrived on time & did an excellent job of diagnosing my problem & replacing my wall lights. He was very efficient & did not leave a mess. Slight problem with the bill as the amount i was quoted included Vat but was charged Vat on top but this was sorted out.

Very efficient, helpful and polite workman who seemed thorough and went the extra mile in sourcing the correct bulbs for lights.

The company was prompt in providing the quote and carrying out the work. They dealt with an unexpected issue professionally. I will definitely use them again.

Job has been completed in nearly 3 days when most of the companies needed minimum 5-7 to complete (whole first floor needed to be rewired). I had quote done on Monday and they started work on Wednesday. Overall very happy and satisfied with this company

We chose Glenfield in spite of them being much more expensive than other quotes, because they seemed like the most professional outfit, and they claim to "never leave any mess behind. Ever." Unfortunately we were left disappointed to say the least!! We felt like we were living in Aleppo, and were left in total devastation. Not a single dust sheet or floor protector was used, leaving large scratches in our karn dean floor, our furniture caked in thick plaster dust, rubbish and rubble left everywhere, damaged coving in a bedroom, a huge crack down a wall through overzealous drilling, a broken dinner plate, drinks bottles left in the kitchen, bedside tables ripped off the wall and left on the bed damaged and unusable, the list goes on and on. We were left with one working lightbulb in the house when they left. Extremely disappointed, beware of false claims.

I Needed urgent repairs to obtain a EICR certificate for my new tenant to move in before Christmas although the parts required were rare Phil spoke to a thrusted supplier to himself and obtained them then thanks to Dave one of his many fine Technicians completed the work with only a day to spare before the Christmas break FIVE STAR Customer service as usual Thank you all John

It gives me great pleasure in writing this review for Glenfield Electrical. To say thank you for there huge assistance and advice when he attended to my emergency issue at my home. We had incurred a power outage at home and could not understand why it had suddenly happened. I called Glenfield Electrical and Phil came to my rescue in no time. We have used Glendfield Electrical Ltd to carry out a range of duties for our charity the Zinthiya Trust during the last three years. We have been extremely satisfied not only with their workmen ship but also with the after care we receive. There have been times as a charity we have had to request for special measure to protect our beneficiaries. Phil and his team has always tried to accommodate these requests and helped us out. We have also found the staff to be very friendly and flexible. They always at the agreed time and let us know if there are any changes in advance.

Amazing to find a Company that exceeds your expectations. Glenfield did this in bucket loads. I drilled through my wire, electrics off, Glenfield remotely guided me through making sure I was safe overnight. I slept well, wife happy, must be a first. Then electrical arrived, smart, Covid protected, informed me throughout and left the room cleaner than it has ever been. In summary electrical nightmare turned into a huge positive, brownie points to me from my wife, and Glenfield on speed dial for anything electrical, why would I go anywhere else. By far the best electrical company I’ve ever used.
