Glenn was punctual, polite and friendly. Very pleased with the works carried out which we feel are to a high standard. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the works and reasoning. Very tidy and cleaned up after every visit. Lee his colleague was also helpful, friendly and punctual. As well as replacing our flat roofs Glenn and Lee replaced guttering and fascia boards. We would highly recommend them.

We are so pleased we went with Glenn and Lee to replace our guttering, install facias, soffits and paint the back of the house. He was fully transparent, very knowledgeable, and reasonable with the price quoted (I have 4 other quotes for comparison). The scaffolding (by Alex Strike) was up within a couple of days and the timescales and communication was excellent throughout. We are so pleased with how the finished works and everything was done to a high standard and completed within a week. Glenn was the only tradesman to suggest deep guttering out of all the quotes and to understand our needs, as well as the structure of our house which comes with his wealth of experience. We felt he was also a kind and genuine person and himself and Lee are a credit to the trade, something which is rare. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend Glenn to others. Back in 2012ish, Glenn renovated the leaky flat roof of my garage (still dry to this day!), so he was my first port of call when a chancer knocked on my door one November morning to point out a broken ridge tile on my house and offer to fix it. Glenn gave a thorough quote for the work he recommended and within a week he and brother Lee were up on scaffolding (expertly erected by Alex & Co from Strike Scaffolding) doing overdue maintenance, which included sourcing discontinued replacement tiles from a reclamation yard in Medway. While up there, they spotted that the chimney was in a right state. Barely a week later, Strike had built a tower at the back of the house so that they could remove the knackered (unused) flues, TV aerial and cement from the top of the stack; do the necessary flaunching and pointing; repair the lead flashing; and add fibreglass coatings. This they did with efficiency and good humour, even when the weather wasn't much fun. Thanks, fellas! Highly recommended.
