I was particularly pleased to be given a thorough explanation of the problem, the solution and how the work would be completed. He’s left no mess, put all wood work back as best as he possibly can and the quality of plastering has required little sanding ready for decorating. As would be expected in a job this big, we’ve had a need to follow up, Graeme has been responsive and visited next day to resolve any issues or to help out. If you have a damp problem, I highly recommend Graeme!"
