We have had a terrible experience. After 7 long months our project is still not complete. Communication has been poor, every window has been made incorrectly, schedules have never been met and errors have been made throughout. After every effort to persevere and accommodate these delays and mistakes we have been forced to remove them from the job for our own sanity. Avoid.

Tim and Jim renovated our existing wardrobe doors, repainted them, fitted rattan inserts and attached new handles. They are like new and beautiful.
Grafton took an existing set of our bedroom drawers and installed a lifting TV mechanism inside. The work was finished to a high standard and installation was excellent.
