Really pleased with the whole GS team for their el work on our loft and kitchen extensions! They were professional and courteous from beginning to end, very thorough and dedicated turning up every day regardless of weather. going above and beyond. One thing that really impressed me was that they challenged the architect plans and worked with us to improve the build and maximise space. The builders and wider team were extremely knowledgeable and transparent, whilst fully adhering and cooperating to building regs requirements. There was constant communication with us throughout the project and we've remained in contact post completion. So a big thanks to Gianni and the team, can't recommend them enough!

Gianni and his whole team were great. They are a lovely bunch of people and really care about delivering a high quality finish. The team always turned up on time everyday and just cracked on. Gianni’s communication was exceptional and kept me up to speed throughout the entire build and was clear up front on payment stages which were only paid once the work was completed. I loved the extra mile the team went with and were able to work around and tweak the architecture design to make it work. We absolutely love the finished result and would love to have his team in to complete future design and build project.

I highly recommend GS Developments. Gianni and his team are a pleasure to work with. They completed a rear extension and two storey side extension as well as a new drive and patio, kitchen installation and two new bathrooms. The quality of the work was very good and Gianni dealt with any issues that occurred during the build with integrity and honesty. The work was completed to time which we really appreciated as we moved out for the duration. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!
