Great experience. I can’t fault GWG. When my outside water pipes failed and my insurance didn’t cover the repair, I was so glad to find this company. They came and quoted almost immediately and the work was booked in promptly. All aspects of the work were carried out to a high standard, with little disruption.

Had a great experience with GWG. Gareth made time on a weekend to consult and quote, and fitted us in shortly thereafter. Works to replace/upgrade our shared and individual supply pipes were done quickly, to a really high standard, and with no residual disturbance/mess. Great communication with Gareth throughout.

We had Gareth from GWG come and do a few different jobs for us when we moved into our new house that needed an extension and updating. The whole service was very professional. Gareth showed he had lots of experience in the trade when problem solving and completed all our works to a good standard.

I am delighted with the high quality and the value for money of the work that GWG Watermains have undertaken for me. They used 'moling' to replace a leaking mains supply pipe with a larger diameter pipe, from external stop cock in a driveway to kitchen water meter. This avoided damage to the granite setts of my driveway and improved flow. The high quality of their reinstatement means it is extremely difficult to see where the work was carried out.

Water supply pipes replacement on private side in compliance with Affinity Water regulation and additional new supply to garage: Gareth of GWG Watermains was friendly and polite throughout and kept me informed during the whole project. His quote was the most competitive and he confirmed that he would be carrying out the work in person. He arrived along with his colleague punctually on the appointed date/time and they worked hard throughout the day. They kept me fully informed and showed me each stage of the job. Gareth provided a number of photos of the job which I sent to Affinity and he waited whilst I confirmed with them that the job was complaint. They then cleared up, made good really nicely and supplied a certificate of compliance. In summary I am very pleased that I picked Gareth at GWG to undertake this work. I would definitely recommend him and I will call on him if I require this sort of work in the future..

My house had an underground water leakage this Summer, luckily Gareth came to help. As I wasn't sure what to do, the on-site repair or the pipe replacement, he provided me with two separate quotes, both were reasonable. He was knowledgeable and friendly and answered my questions by phone or email promptly. I finally chose the plan of replacing the pipe in between the external stop and the internal main stops. On the day of proceeding, Gareth and his team members discovered a hidden route to reach the internal main. They opened up the under staircase to let the pipe run through to avoid the copper water pipe running visibility around the staircase and the showroom. In the end, no new water pipe was visible at all! I recommend Gareth and GWG watermain without hesitation.

Gareth was recommended by a neighbour. He prompt in responding to my txt message enquiry. We agreed a date and time for a site visit to assess the job. He called in advance of visit to check if time was still okay. Arrived on time, assessed thr job, provided a price for job and date he complete. Arrived 5 minutes in advance of time to setup and put out health and safety signage for other road users. The team worked straight through to completion no breaks. Kept me updated with plan of action, and progress. Not only the workmanship professional and neat but their reinstatement works was outstanding. On my drive you couldn't tell that any water mains works had taken place. More over on the shared drive the reinstatement of tarmac was exemplary, neat, flush and clean. Obsolutely impressed with professional workmanship and service. Have already share contact details with friends and family. Will use again for future plumbing and water mains works. GWG were very competent operatives who replaced about 30 metres of old watermain with a new plastic run using their moling equipment. The job was handled in an efficient and problem solving manner and the garden restored neatly. It was completed in a day and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Gareth and Mark were first class. They were reliable, hard working and trustworthy. They got stuck in straight away, found the leak, did what they needed to do to fix it, drained all the excess water from the ground and left everything just as they’d found it (which included putting back the block paving). I was really impressed and would recommend GWG to anyone!
