We have just had new front windows and a porch fitted by Hainault Home Improvements. From start to finish they have been professional and reliable. I am very happy with the standard of work and the polite behaviour of their workers. I would thoroughly recommend them. Had a fire door fitted on my flat fantastic service from start to finish. The fitter was really nice and polite and such clean workmanship would not have known he was in the flat. Did not need to touch up the paint on the walls where to door had been fitted the job was that good.

After 1 year of the composite entrance door installation it went bowing.Contacted them in March 2021 to rectify the issue, an engineer came 3 times through the summer to take a photo to make a report, the guys from office keep telling me they are still trying to solve the issue but no result in September 2021. Careless cowboy firm that I regret I went for my door installation. Will make an official complaint through Dispute Resolution Ombudsman. Avoid'Hainault Home Improvements' at all cost.

I have recently had windows a porch and patio doors installed by Hainault Home Improvements. The main reason for opting to use this company was the quality of the REHAU windows and the very competitive price. Issues encountered as follows: - I visited the showroom and received no assistance from anybody. However I was impressed by the windows on display. - Despite this poor experience in the showroom I still decided to get a quote. The quote was significantly lower than other larger competitors and so I entered into contract on 2nd July 2021. - The estimated installation date had been within six weeks. In reality this ended up being approx. 10 weeks. - The porch and all windows were installed within 1 week. Three panes were broken and others had scratches or other markings. Replacement glass was ordered immediately and fitted between 1 - 3 weeks later. - The works to install the porch were the best part of the job. The fitter, Ben, was polite and customer focussed, and the end product was very good. The only hitch had related to the roof tiles. Resolved satisfactorily. - The patio doors which had also been due to be installed had apparently arrived at HHI in the wrong colour. I have no idea how such a mistake could have happened. It meant that I had to wait a further 4 weeks for the frames to be reproduced. - The patio doors were finally installed only for me to discover that there were markings on the glass. Replacement glass was ordered.

We ordered a door and were somewhat hesitant due to the price being considerably lower than others. There were a few minor delays with the door delivery but we were kept informed and booked in as soon as the door arrived. The installation was great, the installer was clean, did an amazing job and provided everything we needed to know. Highly recommend based on our experience!

fitters turned up on time, and were polite and friendly and did a marvelous job. Completely transformed the house inside and out with new beautiful windows and french doors.

The whole process of ordering a new door through to installation has been fantastic, on the day of the install the old door was removed safely and the new door looks great. The installer was very good and even went to fetch additional trim to make sure it match the door colour. The price for door and installation was very reasonable and l would definitely recommend this supplier.

We’ve just had a solidor fitted and from start to finish Hainault Home Improvements have offered five star service. They have an impressive showroom which helps a lot when choosing your finish and design, they’re really competitive on price and super quick at getting everything booked in and fitted. This is a great local company with bags of experience and are able to offer a personalised service that you just wouldn’t get with the larger competitors. we can’t recommend them highly enough

I love my new Windows! I have used this company before and have been pleased with the quality, so returned for more. The fitters were friendly, fast and did a great job, leaving everything clean and tidy.

Upfront sales process conducted in-store was first class and the price very reasonable. Once we had agreed our specifications, the ordering/manufacturing of the door was completed within 2 weeks! Installation was thereafter completed in little over a half day on agreed date by highly competent, friendly and professional tradesman. We are very happy with the look of the door. Query regarding minor legacy pointing issue that was not caused by installation was handled by the aftersales team and peace of mind given that integrity of installation was unaffected. We love the door!

Having used this company previously I asked them to quote me for replacing windows, frames and porch doors. Their quotation for Rehau A rated units was competitive on price and delivery. As agreed work started 6 1/2 weeks following the survey. The windows had actually arrived more than a week earlier. The fitters arrived bang on time on both mornings. I was very impressed by their professionalism and consideration throughout. In two days the job was done, everything made good and the house left clean. the quality of the windows and porch is excellent and I am pleased I went to Hainault Home Improvements.

This is the second time I have used Hainault Home Improvements. SERVICE On both occasions, the service was great. Good, timely information, and helpful and polite staff. COST They are not the cheapest if you just do direct price comparison. BUT, what that doesn't show is that with HHI the quality is there. That makes their doors good value. Even better, the installation is done carefully and so saves time and energy having to redecorate. So taking the door up to 'great value'. HAPPY? I would absolutely make them my first choice for any other doors.
