Highlights

"We had our log burner installed on the 30th September, from quote to installation everything was amazing, clear and transparent pricing, extremely reasonable as we had a few other quotes which were a bit obscene. Mark and his team, were lovely, very friendly, informative and took ultimate pride in their work, we are so happy with the end result, and use the log burner every day - and our dog loves it now he’s stopped being scared. We will also be getting ours serviced through them too, as we would rather use their services for this. Would highly recommend to anyone!"

"We asked Mark to quote for a liner to be installed in a log burner which was in the property we just bought. Mark came out to check the stove out and found that it had been installed incorrectly. It had no liner and the boards used to build round the stove were not heat resistant. Everything was explained in detail and the quote was very reasonable. Mark, Jim and Darren arrived on time and carried out the necessary work and left with no trace of them having done such a mucky job. The guys were really pleasant and I would not hesitate in recommending them."

"I'm very happy with the work completed, communication and with all the workers job ethics. the work was complicated within 2 days on very short notice. they kept place clean and tidy considering how messy and dusty the job was. and most important looks good. thank you"

Smart checks

Before you hire a roofer

Never agree to roof work from a cold-caller at your door or an unsolicited 'we noticed your roof' note — that is the classic roofing scam.
Get a written quote that itemises access (scaffolding or a tower), the exact materials, and the workmanship guarantee — not a vague day rate.
Be wary of demands for a large cash deposit; agree staged payments against work you can actually see completed.
Look for consistent reviews across several named sources, not one polished profile.
Check any verified credentials, and that the business details independently check out.
