"Robert responded to our call for help as we had no Hot water.His first advise was to change a inlet valve and this did not solve the problem and arrangements were made to flush the hot water system as it appeared to be blocked with limescale. After a very long 5 Hours the flow to all outlets was restored and Roberts attention to detail was excellent. We can recommend his professional knowledge and courtesy and like to thank him for all his help and work"

"I received a very prompt phone response to the Checkatrade request for a basin waste and tap repair. A date was arranged for the plumber to visit but this had to be deferred for a short period due to sickness. The plumber arrived on the new date with all the required parts which we fitted within the 1 hour estimated time. The work was not priced in advance but was in the range I expected. The plumber and other staff at the Company were courteous and efficient and I am happy to recommend them to others."
