We had a new front door, windows and surrounding frames. The team who worked on the project were efficient and polite. The work was carried out in the time scale given and all debris was removed and the property left clean and tidy. Could not fault the company from the Sales team to the installers. Excellent service from start to finish. Fitter was on time, professional and his standard of work was very high. He was also very clean and tidy.

We set out to have our ancient double glazed units replaced with some trepidation as we are in an older property. We needn't have worried, the service and more importantly, the fitting, was excellent. Our fitter didn't stop from the moment he arrived, he took a real care in making sure the finish was just right and we were also pleased that Harp had recognised on their survey that our old windows were substantially out of fit, hence the reason it was so draughty! We have no hesitation in recommending them, they were to budget and accommodated the date we wanted them to be fitted. Many thanks!

Used Harp windows previously to replace double glazed window. This time we was looking for replacement front door. As always staff very friendly, helpful, informative, professional. My wife and I used Harp windows to replace the windows in our house some years ago. They delivered on time and on budget exactly as quoted with a lovely team of people. The product (aluminium internally glazed) has held up really well over the last few years and when we extended we used them again. They matched the windows and installed in the same way, on time and budget while sourcing bifold doors for us as well. The team responded to our queries in a very fast and efficient way revising any quotes quickly for us to evaluate and ensuring we had the correct window layouts (bars and leading etc...) The new windows are of the same high quality as was the installation team. We have used a lot of contractors as part of the extension and had our original builder go bust. In an industry with many variables HARP and its team (particularly Gary Hays) are outstanding and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Replaced 4 windows and fitted a new door to the rear of the garage. This was the second time I have used Harp. The first time they supplied a patio door and widow to a new rear extension. The work was done to the agreed budget but was delayed by the Corona virus lockdown. A revised date was agreed and kept to. The fitters were very courteous, considerate (keeping a social distance) and very clean. At the end of the job you could not tell that they had been, everything cleaned up neat and tidy. Very satisfied with product quality based on my previous experience. I would definitely recommend this company.

Harp windows fitted new windows, front door & a porch on my parents house. All work was carried out to a high standard. They arrived on time & were courteous & professional. They advised of progress & went over & above to ensure there was minimal disruption. All areas were kept clean & tidy. They were truly outstanding. I had redone my house in 2016 with extension and Harp Windows have installed double glazed windows throughout the house together with Bi-fold doors for the living room. I do not recall if I left a review back then but the reason to do now are as follows: 1. All suppliers promise the earth n the stars when taking an order but lack afterwards in after-sales service. It has been now more than 3 years and on 2 occasions Harp representative have come to attend even a small problem without any hesitation and without any reminders. Gary has been the man behind it and would recommend him highly. 2. Unlike other Double Glazing Companies Harp never pushed for an order. They were straight forward and upright and defined clearly what they can do and what they can't. I personally like this approach and was very happy with the final result. 3. My experience with them is such that I would recommend them very highly without any drawbacks.

I wanted to get Bi-Flold doors fitted and am so glad I used Harp Windows for this service. I was made to feel comfortable in the show room and was given clear explanations regarding my options - there was no pressure of influence given with my order. Harp Windows visited my house in conjunction with the builder carrying out the work to ensure all requirements were in place and understood so no issues would arise with the door opening and fitment. I was given clear timescales for ordering so knew what to expect and when which were met. The fitting team arrived with the door and were polite. They worked quickly, were clean and the overall result was excellent - the doors fit perfectly and they operate just as expected. I am really happy with the overall look and quality of the door.

The service from start to finish was impeccable. This included first contact, measuring service, install and final payment. An incredibly professional company and kept high standards throughout. Special mention must go to the window fitters who arrived on time, were extremely polite, worked quickly and efficiently and left it absolutely spotless. A minor error in communication along the line was that we added on two window boards which the fitters were unaware of. However they made a trip back to collect them and fit them on the final day. I would highly recommend Harp windows to friends and family.

The team from Harp did a great job . From providing all the info needed to comply with the landlord’s licensing requirements to installation . The windows look lovely and the guys did an amazing job with so little mess. Very pleased indeed . Given the windows industry suffers a bit in terms of reputation , it’s been a pleasure lovely to deal with knowledgeable, good people before and during the installation . The Company was very professional from the showroom to completion of the job. The fitters were extremely courteous and carried out all works in a professional manner and left everything clean and tidy on completion. I would highly recommend Harp Windows.

All done on time in accordance with the quote. They cut down a window opening to put in an aluminium door with tall window beside, and removed the rubble etc. leaving some good re-usable spare bricks. Not too much dust etc. left, and everything ready for final finishing and decorating which I've done. Looks good, works well, wife and daughter happy! And, I think, a fair price. A straightforward no-nonsense local company I'm happy to recommend. Competent, friendly, and helpful.
