Phil was friendly, easy to talk to, arrived promptly, carried out his work quickly, professionally and knowledgeably. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
Had Harper Electric out to fit a new consumer unit to replace my old fuse board. Phil was professional and courteous throughout. When checking the fuse board he was thorough and also found an external wire which needed recovering. He gave me a written quote via email the same day, and takes payment via bank transfer not cash, which I appreciated. Would definitely use again for any future electric work.
The inspection was carried out efficiently. An electric cooker was also installed and various works to the bungalow and an extension were discussed. We received an excellent service and would not hesitate to recommend Harper Electrical (Phil)
I have used Harper Electricals on 3 occasions now, twice for my own property and once for my parents, he is a very professional and gets on with the job and also extremely tidy.
I found Phil ace, even when I had the initial quote, I knew I would use them. Always on time, polite, informative, courteous and friendly. Cannot fault Harper Electrics for anything, absolutely brilliant and quote was very good, quality workmanship.
Phil is an expert electrician who consistently provides an excellent service at a reasonable price.

Excellent work carried out. Electrician told me exactly what was required,what time he would be with me and let me know when he was on his way. Price charged was very reasonable.
Phil was extremely knowledgable when providing the quotation and ensured that everything was made extremely safe with the wiring system that we have. On the day he arrived on time with another chap to carry out the works. They were both polite and clean in their work. Phil returned the day before the instal to check all was still working well as the cables had been dug under for new slabs so he wanted to ensure no damage had been caused. Really professional service. After recent negative experiences with electricians it was refreshing to find a new electrician who gave us confidence!
