His workmanship is astounding. He is so particular about everything. There isn't a squeak to be heard on a once noisy landing. There were no hidden costs, no surprise extras and he went above and beyond to leave a safe environment at the end of each day. It looks incredible. The allergy sniffles have halved and the upstairs is so much warmer with the new floors too. We are delighted."
