Gary came out the day after I contacted him regarding our American style fridge freezer. Everyone else I contacted either didn’t pickup the phone or do this type of fridge. He managed to get it working again so now we don’t have to replace it. He was nice and very knowledgable!
When our fridge-freezer had a problem and was threatening to spoil the contents I was lucky enough to find this company. I spoke to Gary and explained the problem and he was able to re-arrange his day, turned up within a couple of hours, diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour saving the freezer contents. He is very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and really went out of his way to help us. We would have no hesitation in recommending him.
