Very helpful and facilatated my bathroom vision. Replaced whole bathroom suite, brand new appliances, tiling and boiler change. Work was completed on schedule and without any fuss. Ben I have used before to fit and service a gas fire, this time I needed a new boiler and several new radiators and a thermostat valve fitting. I highly trust him and his work is excellent, I would recommend him to anyone, feel that I always get value for my money.

Ben disconnected my old gas cooker and made it safe until my new one was delivered the following day. Ben installed and connected my new cooker the next day - replacing old pipes and testing the cooker to ensure it was fully functional. His work is fabulous, and reasonably priced, he cleans and tidies up after himself and is very respectful when working in your home. I can't fault him in anyway and definitely recommend him to all friends and family.

Ben installed gas central heating in December - it was something I had been dreading due to the upheaval! Ben sent me a quote and explained everything to me - the price was very reasonable so booked the install for week commencing 12 December. Ben was very respectful of our home and we had a safe room for our 4 cats. Ben always let us know when he was on his way and he if was delayed would also let you know - which was great. The work he carried out was fabulous, he cleaned and tidied up after himself and he made everything seamless and I know that I made the right choice by choosing Ben to do the work. Ben is a fabulous worker, nothing is too much trouble and he goes above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with his work. I have no hesitation in recommending him to all friends and family. Ben arrived today, to repair my leaking combi boiler, replaced the part that was causing the leak, I would highly recommend him to friends and family who have any problems with their home heating systems

Ben installed our new Boiler. quick, tidy and proficient, will be using Hatters in the future.

Fitted a gas stove for me. Ben did the following work for me: This included running a new gas line from the gas meter, down the side of the house and back into the living room. Ben also supplied and installed a 1000 x 300 double panel radiator with a thermostatic valve in the living room under the middle window. This included lifting the floorboards upstairs to reroute the pipe to the new radiator location. He also removed some really unsightly old pipes and installed new copper ones. The quality of Ben’s work is excellent. The fire control was faulty, so he came back free of charge to fit it. Really tidy with all rubbish removed. Ben was so well mannered and respectful to everyone in our home. If Ben was stuck in traffic or was delayed even for 10 minutes he would text and let us know. I trusted him completely and by the time he had completed the work, he felt more like a friend. Very reasonably priced too and good value for money. Thanks Ben!
