Alan and Ant have done an incredible job in fitting an electrical controlled garage door. It was said, "it couldn't´be done" it has been and we are over the moon with way it was carried out. The look and finish we are astounded with. Well done lads, and well done THE TEAM AT HAUS.

A disappointing and drawn-out process The installation began smoothly, but the process ended up taking twice as long due to multiple issues. Several key components, like drains and trickle vents, were missed during the first visit and required the team to return three or four times to fix problems, including a leak and poorly installed flashing. It took weeks to get everything right, disrupting our schedule. To make matters worse, just two days after completion, I received a rude payment demand. My request for a price reduction as goodwill for the inconvenience was dismissed, with only a shop voucher offered instead. Initially promising, but the overall experience was frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend. The companies stance is that we’ve had the product, they’ve supplied what they said they would and it’s cost them money for the multiple visits. an installation that takes 5 visits because of leaks or poor workmanship and missing parts is most definitely not acceptable and not my fault

The Haus team recently fitted a new front door for us and did an excellent job. We'd previously had a quote from another company but Haus also managed to complete the work for a more reasonable price than that, so we were very happy. The door looks great, very well made and fitted, and several of our neighbours had work done by Haus around the same time. Everyone pleased - highly recommended.

they replaced guttering and fascias on our scout hut including having to deal with birds nests and mess we found once old fascias off and dealing with getting to one side of hut via side passage and our high metal fence. none of this was any problem for the team, James and two Thomas' who were punctual, professional, reliable and displayed great team and knowledge. some fascias etc wrong depth but not a problem for this team as one just drove back to their unit to get what was needed so the job was completed with no delays. they tidied up including all that bird mess. would highly recommend especially this team, James and two Thomas'. we also had some electrics attached to fascias which Haus sorted getting removed with their electrician so the work on fascias and guttering could be completed.
