Spot on with the job. Followed it up afterwards just to make sure everything was ok. Very impressed with the professionalism of the whole service that was provided.
Richard arrived promptly after the appointment I'd made. The initial work was carried out quickly and professionally. Richard offered to carry out extra work to ensure I got value for money. I would whole heartedly recommend Richard and plan to use him to do future work.

I needed to find someone to come and check my cooker for me, so I came on here and found Richard. When I met him I felt at ease straight away (I was on my own)and he went out of his way to help which was really kind. The problem was the oven itself, so I decided to buy a new one and Richard came back to fit it. He is a very professional and friendly man and I would definitely recommend him to a friend. Richard did a brilliant job, definitely went that extra mile and explained everything very patiently to the little boy I am fostering! Because he completed the job more quickly than he expected he knocked £40 off his estimate. He even sorted out my HD TV!!
