This builder built my property x2 within budget on target excellent communication and good value for money . No problem coming back to do snagging lists which I’ve experienced with previous builders

Had a new staircase fitted and stairwell plastered, done really quickly and not much mess considering the work, Thank you very much, great lads, would definitely have you back for more work.

Excellent service very knowledgeable and polite my staircase and plastering looks brilliant and no worries at all kept me in the loop constantly and was finished on the date explained.

Really trustworthy company. I left them too it as i went too work, felt comfortable leaving them alone. Got home and they had cleaned very well. Done an amazing job, recommended them too my mum and they have done an amazing job there as well. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

It has been a pleasure working with Shaun and his colleagues. He is prepared to work through problems as and when they arise and work with the design team to offer alternative construction solutions. Shaun also is cost conscious - he worked with myself, the design team and the Clients to find cost effective solutions. I would not hesitate to recommend him as a fantastic addition to the development team.

Work on a number of projects on one of our jobs at Holmfirth. Really good to work with and a very knowledgeable chap who fetch a lot of ideas to help the current project. We are also looking at future projects to work along side HBS at the minute. Highly recommend

Unfortunately we are away at the moment ao can not send photo. The was preparing and laying 150m2 of block paving on the drive. Despite to inclement weather, they continued to work and produced a good job

Called Shaun and his team again to do a list of work on our property, shame I could only upload one photo, as all the work was done to a good standard, we had gutters and fascias back and front replaced, had all the top section of the property painted, the front and side of the house repointed, and a new canopy built with down lights, the work was amazing as always, was done really quickly and excellent communication on every expect of the work. I would not have any other builder work on our house, when then time comes we want other work doing you will be getting a call . Thank you again 5⭐️.

We had Shaun and his team take our chimney out and put a media wall in. They listened to everything we said and carried out the work to a high standard. We are very happy with the job done and it has transformed our room. Shaun was very down to earth and honest. He did exactly what he said he would and we had no disruption. We will use HBS for other home renovation projects and also recommend him to family and friends.

Shaun and his team did an excellent full house refurb of our terraced property including full redecoration, rewire, plumbing and basement damp proofing - he started work within a few days, completed the job quickly, had great attention to detail and knows what is needed to meet regs for rental properties. We will definitely work with Shaun again!

Would highly recommend Shaun and his team to anyone! Their work was of fantastic quality, they were punctual, communicative, really warm and friendly, and kept everything as clean as possible (and didn’t even mind our yappy, nosey dogs). Genuinely enjoyed having them around and really pleased with the finished result. They’ll be first choice for us next time we need work done, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone. It’s nice to know we have someone we can trust and will certainly call on them in future!

This was a whole house renovation, from top to bottom, everything…had to be repaired. so delighted with the result, totally superb! Excellent communication throughout the 2 months, which is so important, very trustworthy. I am so happy with the company and the results and would highly recommend the company. I can’t praise Shaun and his team enough. After my dad had a stroke and was left with severe mobility issues we needed a downstairs bathroom to be installed to allow his release from hospital. From the first consultation with Shaun we found him approachable and flexible. Any concerns we had were discussed and resolved. Due to Shaun’s expertise, he was able to suggest solutions to all the problems we had. Realising how urgent the work was Shaun was able to shuffle 3 months worth of work to fit us in and the job was completed quickly and to a high standard. Everyone on the team was polite, helpful and punctual. Everything was kept clean and tidy as the work was being completed. Communication was great, we knew exactly what was happening and the team worked consistently until the work was complete. On top of all of that the team was so kind and considerate to my mum, who is in her 70’s, while she was really struggling with my dad being in hospital. Worth their weight in gold! Thanks HBS

Shaun and his team were a dream! First time house renovator, brought Shaun in thinking it'll be a straightforward job and kept him around for 4 months because I suddenly wanted more and more done! Shaun did an amazing work installing the feature wall with hidden doors in the bedroom, can't even see the seams on the cornices! Also very good job laying down LTV flooring upstairs and downstairs considering how wonky the house is. I had no idea what I wanted to do with the stairs as they were in really bad nick due to being covered by carpets for decades, but Shaun covered them in LTV and they look so modern and bright now. He was so obliging and communicative. When the summer house roof started leaking into the neighbour's property due to a loose flashing I asked Shaun to have a look at it and they fixed it the same day! Same when I decided impromptu to remove a chimney and replace the entire roof, managed to arrange works quickly with no fuss. 100% recommend!

Shaun and the gang have done several projects at our house over the last 6 weeks, all are first class. Nothing too much trouble. A very old Little Theatre in desperate need of an upgraded heating system, together with remedial roof repairs including thermal insulation. Space was a challenge by nature of the facility and its age. Work was carried out in a very restricted timeframe, having commitment to programmed performances. It is hard for the client to appreciate the complexities of the works being undertaken whilst the actual works are second nature to the contractor. Having sourced an alternative venue for rehearsals was the best laid plan In order to achieve the desired completion date. Whilst the brief was completed as requested, it was realised that additional works were required in order to enhance the first phase of works. Finances have to be sourced for this voluntary Amateur Dramatic Society however with the support of Mr Hobson we don’t make a crisis out of a Drama! Thank you for your understanding and trust that we can progress very soon with phase 2 plans?
