There was a part missing from the taps. He collected the missing bit and came back a second time to finish the job at no extra cost.
Hugo was punctual, polite, courteous and took the time to explain what he had done and that the job would be covered by one years guarantee. He did not take advantage of the fact that I was a single female and try to increase the quoted price as so many less than trustworthy tradesman do. Would definitely seek Hugo's help in the future.

I left messages with four different plumbers with no replies. I hear trustatrader advertised on the radio. This plumber was excellent.

Hugo turned up as agreed, very polite and explained what needed to be done. He returned two days later (as agreed) to complete the work. I was happy with the price for a top class service.

Hugo was a lovely guy who did an excellent job with a leak we had outside with our tap and under the sink indoors. He quoted us one night and fixed the leaks the following night. He came outside of normal working hours and was very reasonably priced. Would certainly recommend to anyone.
