I called Mansour, as my boiler stopped working. He came over and provided us with advice and a quote. He installed the new boiler and, during the process found the gas leak under the floor of my property. He fixed the gas leak and made our property safe I am really impressed with his experience and the details of the work. I am very happy with all the jobs he did. I recommend this firm to anyone who needs a good plumber and heating engineer.

My boiler was leaking slightly. He came on Sat and charged me £80 + VAT. All he did was turn off the gas to my boiler and leave me with no hot water or heat. He didn't even tell me that was what he was doing. He spent less than 15 mins in my property and decided I needed a spare part. He said he would order it on Mon. On Tue I asked him if he has ordered it and he said no. I asked him how to turn the hot water and heat back on as I have my elderly mother staying with me and he didn't respond. I got a second opinion today they said something was clogged and cleaned it and that was it. Problem sorted. Heat and hot water back. So I basically paid £96 to have my heat and hot water switched off for 4 days for no reason. He didn't even try to declog anything before saying I needed a spare part.

Mansour changed my gas boiler and hob , Very happy with his jobs , I have hot water and can cook without any issues. Very happy with him and I don’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs experience plumber.

I have used mansour more then 10 years,but this time we hired him to advise us on a full refurbishment of our bathroom,kitchen and central heating system in my mother house.from the very beginning, mansour was incredibly helpful ,he visited us took the time to understand our need. This was especially important for us because the bathroom needed to be adapted for my elderly mother, who is less able and requires accessible features. He helped us design something that works for her day to day needs. The entire jobs took 3 weeks,we are absolutely delighted with results. Mansour and his team have been an absolute lifeline since I moved in earlier this year. They have installed water softeners, a smart thermostat, washer/ dryer and an extractor fan, fixed heating issues, and even resolved a mains water issue by running a hose pipe up the side of the building! There is nothing his team can’t do and he will always come out at very short notice with a smile on his face!

I called Mansour to cap a gas pipe and replace a hob in the kitchen. He was very friendly with good communication skills. To assist with the replacement, he even purchased the hob for me as part of the job, which was so helpful saving me time. His work was very good and his price fair. 1st Class workmanship Very grateful for the all work Mansour did. It wasn’t straight forward job, I had 30 years old central heating, he installed new central heating, boiler, radiators, Tidy and professional, very impressed and lovely guy I would highly recommend him without hesitation..

I fully recommend Mansour and his team. He replaced my boiler as an emergency when I first moved into my flat and has recently replaced several radiators which have not been performing well. He is very reliable and efficient, always courteous and ensures your home is left clean after the work.

Mansour has looked after all my gas appliances and plumbing in Kentish Town for a number of years. He has done everything from servicing, replacing toilets, to installing a new boiler and hob. He is first rate and always attends when asked in a timely fashion. Work standards are excellent. Could not recommend Mansour more highly.

Mansour was so professional, I contacted him on Sunday morning and he came to inspect the jobs, he started the jobs on Tuesday and finished day after, I have water and my boiler works again. It's very hard to find honest workman which doesn't over charge, mansour was honest throughout the whole process.
