James came to fix my loo with a new flushing system. He arrived at the exact time that he said he would. He just had a look at what work was required and he was straight to it. For a young man he knew his trade and when he had finished my loo was as good as new. He was also very polite and i would recommend him to anyone. 5 Stars all around.
I cannot recommend Aaron and James from Heatsafe highly enough - I was recommended them by a friend who’d previously used them. My first contact with Aaron was followed up with a visit and quote within days, fully broken down. Various samples were then provided for fittings, boarding and flooring In relation to the work itself I can’t fault them - they were punctual every day, cleaned up after themselves as they went and really seemed to care about how I wanted the finish to look. The quality of the work is outstanding and I’m really impressed with the overall finish. - I would happily recommend them to other prospective customers
