Excellent company with great service

Pleased with the first visit to see what was needed. Subsequent email communications was very good. On the day, the guys arrived on time. I was very impressed how polite they were and friendly too. Explained everything well and left all clean and tidy after doing an excellent job. Altogether a very professional and helpful team.

Neil and his team were extremely professional. They arrived on time each day for the window fitting, laid dust sheets and tidied up after themselves. They did several checks to ensure the windows were fitted properly. Whilst reinstalling my blinds after fitting the windows, Neil and his team noticed that my blinds had been fitting incorrectly and sorted it. His prices were extremely reasonable and the service was elite. Thank you Neil, Ryan and Josh for your excellent service

Excellent service from start to finish.The work was to supply and replace an existing full height upvc window/sliding patio door.Acceptable quote same day as request.Survey and work undertaken by very friendly staff in a competent clean manner.Payment terms fair and credit card accepted.Cannot identify how they could have done better so 5 stars across the board.

Had two front windows and front door replaced, contact with company was great at each stage and suggestions with helpful advice offered. X2 fitters arrived early on agreed date and despite some poor weather were cheerful and progressed the work expertly, they clearly knew what they were about. Henderson Windows replaced 5 windows in my house over the course of 2 days. The window fitters, Charlie and Taylor, were punctual, polite and helpful in answering any queries I had. Their work was of a high standard and they made sure that all snagging was completed before they left. I am happy to recommend this company to anyone looking for window replacement.
