"Jed & his team are good at their job. The work is great & they use good materials. What they are terrible at is communicating both on when the job will be done, when to expect people on site, & in any follow-up on the work. We had a full roof replacement & got integrated solar panels installed. The Solar panels require an installation certificate, we did not receive this on installation in Jan & has to chase them up for months. Once received it was clear it had just been registered when we pointed it out & said it was installed in May. I am still chasing up other legal paperwork with no reply."
