Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Charlie and his very hardworking team for the excellent work they have done this week creating a brand new patio for us to enjoy throughout this summer and many more summers to follow. They were so professional throughout their work and they left the house so clean and tidy. They even jet washed our drive which I was really appreciative of. Would we recommend them ? Charlie did my Drive last year and did a fantastic job. Just had the team back to do the patio. Another great job at the best price and an entire lorry load of old rotten decking they replaced was taken away and the site was left spotless.

We have been really pleased with the work completed from start to finish. On contacting Heritage they were quick to respond and come and assess what work we wanted completing. They gave good suggestions on design requirements. We have had the work completed within a week of the quote. The workers were respectful of our property and kept checking in to ensure we were happy with the work as they went along. Very happy. We chose Heritage as we had seen other drives within our area and were impressed with the quality of the work.

Charlie and his team did an excellent job. They made our back patio a year ago and we got them for front driveway as well. They did an amazing job. The work was of high standard and quick from getting a Qoute to finishing job. We recommended Charlie to our neighbours recently and Charlie is doing their patio nowadays.

Credit to Charlie initially for coming round at such short notice to provide us a quotation, but also discuss what colour / style would look best. The work started immediately, clearing and preparing the drive and side path for the bricks to be laid. As our plans changed throughout the process, Charlie was responsive and found a quick resolution each time without any trouble. Credit to Stuart as well who cleared the drive on the first day and was responsible for laying the bricks. A good attention to detail was evident, and all in all, we are now left with a driveway, side path, front step and lovely curbed edging which looks far better than what we had before! Unlike some companies, what I would say is if you have any questions or quibbles, Charlie was always responsive and the team reacted quickly without any delays. ⭐

Charlie and Brian did a fantastic job. Advised on the best options after we initially wanted tarmac due to budget. Charlie advised against it due to the size of the area and he was 100% correct now we have the finished job. The guys did us a really good deal and his crew are some of the hardest working guys I seen. We will be having them back to do our patio next and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
