Paul was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is professional and undertook a somewhat complicated tiling of 3 rooms after a major flood. He always arrived on time (even with a bad leg on one day) and often stayed late to finish parts of the work including at the weekend. He worked around our movements and most important his work is exemplary. I would use him again without question.

Paul’s attention to detail is superb and he is the best tiler we have used. The floor he did for us was extremely difficult to a very uneven subfloor. He took his time to get the preparation right and delivered a first class job.

Paul was absolutely brilliant from beginning to end and he was definitely worth the wait! He was responsive, transparent and helpful at every point and the finished bathroom is an absolute dream! Great work and on time as promised

Herts pro tiling have recently completed a kitchen splash back for us. Communication from initial contact through to detailed estimate was excellent Paul arrived on time and we discussed the tile layout and the best options for our chosen tile layout (brick bond). The floor was protected with dust sheets and Paul set about fitting the tiles, we discussed grout colours and what would show off the tiles the best and after a long days work by Paul we had a beautifully finished splash back. I’ve worked in facilities maintenance for many years and was pleasantly impressed by Paul’s attention to detail and professionalism, I would have no hesitation on calling on Herts pro tiling for additional work in the future or recommending him to family and friends. In summary we were extremely happy with the finished work.

Cannot thank Paul enough for his work in tiling our kitchen this week. His work is absolutely impeccable as is his attention to detail. Paul is really nice and Professional. When coming to view the job he explained everything in full, got back to me with a really fair estimate very quickly! So happy with the quality of the work! Worlds apart from other tradesmen I have used for similiar things in the past. He went above and beyond on the job and did little extra details I didn't ask for as he is so thorough! I needed some tile repairs doing as quickly as possible. Herts Pro Tiling quoted competitively for the job and were able to fit me in at very short notice.
