Polite, professional and excellent quality of work/finish

We were given Paul's (Herts Pro Tiling) number from a family member who had used him for some work previously. Paul went out of his way to help us and was very informative and professional. Job completed within time frame given. Always tided up at the end of the working day. Would recommend and use again if needed.

Paul and his plumber friend (Ian) did a complete bathroom renovation. Taking off the old tiles, ripping out the old units, re-tiling and re-fitting new units, so the full works. Paul did a fantastic job on my bathroom and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is very knowledgeable in his field and makes himself available for questions and advice. He takes pride in his work and the level of finish is impeccable. The experience of having work performed on the home is a stressful one but getting people like Paul to do it, removes a large portion of the stress. Paul was recommended to me by my brother, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. The workmanship was spot on. He cares about his work and it shows. Not enough tiles had been delivered and Paul flagged it, helped us by moving the dates around until we sourced more. It could have been a nightmare, but it became a kind of adventure, with everyone on the same team. I am absolutely booking Paul again for the hallway and bathrooms when we are ready. I really felt like we had put the work in the best hands. The cost was also upfront, also more than reasonable.

I have not taken a photo. He leak proofed and regrouted a 15 year old tiled shower cubicle. He is such a careful and tidy worker. He has the skill to do an excellent job and made it look as good as new.

Paul was very responsive and professional in communication. He managed expectations and kept in touch right up until the day we agreed for the work to take place. Paul made sure he ran through how we would measure out the tiles for the splashback. He then managed everything throughout the day and we were extremely happy with the finish. Would highly recommend Paul for any tiling work and definitely call upon him for future work we need doing.

Paul's work was of the highest quality, he was punctual, polite, friendly and his pricing was both transparent and fair. Attention to detail was superb and his work was very neat and tidy with great care taken not to damage any carpets and to clear up effectively after each days work.
