Aaron and Jason had to repair and relay a large portion of our drive as show. Due to sinking of the tiles laid by a previous company. They were polite, friendly and cleared up after themselves. The price was very reasonable and we have used them several times since. Very reliable and trustworthy

I called Aaron at Hi-Spec Property Solutions as I had an issue with my gutters. I sent over some pictures to him and I had a quote back with in the hour. I had my guttering changed over the following week due to needing replacement seals. Excellent service would not hesitate to recommend and use again in the future 10/10

Hi, I had leaking coming from my gutters in a couple of places. Aaron come out to have a look and give me a quote. Aaron showed me what he had found and explained to me I needed a full gutter replacement this included down pipes. Aaron was very flexible and was able to come back within a few days and have the work done. I was very pleased with the work. And service was amazing start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

After getting a leak from my roof into my bathroom which was misdiagnosed from another company, I called Hi-Spec who delivered the best tradesperson experience I have ever had. Diagnosed the issue quickly and didn’t leave before the problem was completely fixed, making sure to do a thorough water test to prove the work was good, accompanied by many before and after pictures. Will most definitely be recommending to friends and family

Having noticed a large piece of lead falling off my roof, Aaron and Jason came promptly and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Since then they have fixed and resealed my flat roof and are coming back to do the bathroom window sill. They are very friendly, professional and trusting. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys were polite professional and knew their stuff. I was so impressed with their knowledge and lack of BS. They will be back if I need anything else done.
