Received email and text updates through the week confirming the appointment. Received a text on the day saying when the engineer was on his way and would be 12 mins. Explained to me it was simply a new tap. He went to the merchant to grab one. Was back straight away and fitted. All now working and emailed me the job report for my future reference. Extremely professional and fairly priced."
