Great experience from start to finish. Shown before photos of what needed repairing. Once the works were completed I was shown photos of the completed works. The tradesman were friendly and polite and my property was left very tidy when they left.

Can not recommend this company highly enough. Jack and his team were brilliant! Initially got quote for gutters, soffits and facia however there was an issue with the roof. Jack sent me videos and explained the problem. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner and Jack was just lovely to deal with. Would totally recommend this company.

All kudos to Chris, Harry and Albe; lovely 'affable graters', polite and conscientious. Uncomfortable from the offset with the 'management' of work undertaken. Unforeseen issues arose, escalating costs and speed, on the basis of a text quote, no breakdown of costs (despite requests), no time to consider options, never asked just told - felt like being railroaded. Extra (cleaning) costs due to a lack of foresight (laying cement when rain was imminent) and scaffolding security concerns added to the whole experience. Feels like being 'shafted' and bitterly regret not obtaining alternative quotes.

I had initially requested a gutter repair but Hightop found some issues with the roof as well. They took videos and photos to show me the issues and gave me some options. I was quickly given quotes, with breakdowns of costs and provided with dates when the work could be done if I wanted to go ahead. The prices were reasonable and the communications from Hightop were really good - fast and polite. Once the work went ahead (repairs to chimney breast and other fixes on the roof, as well as the gutter repairs), everything was done on time and to a really decent standard. Highly recommend

Pitched roof lined at a fair price, explained everything clearly, and did a tidy job with minimal disruption caused to a busy family home. Very impressive service and would recommend and use again (they will be doing my flat roof porch canopy next).

Two guttering jobs were carried out by Hightop for me, first the gutters were cleaned and then a downpipe redirected away from ejecting water onto the ground. Ongoing chronic damp problems experienced for years on my property were successfully solved by their excellent and professional work. All rubbish was removed and not left behind. Jack and the workers are reliable, professional and polite. I had no idea that guttering work could solve my ongoing damp problems, which i thought required digging out new pipework in the ground, however Hightop did a great job &designed a fix and solution.

The work was carried out to a very high standard. Jack was very professional and clearly prided himself on the standard of the work. He kept us informed throughout. We are very happy with the work and would highly recommend them.

We used HighTop to repair and replace some guttering for us. They were really efficient and did a fantastic job. They also cleared out some downpipes for us while they were here. The guys who did the work were friendly, accommodating & got the work done with no fuss. Great service. Value for money. Would gladly recommend them.

Punctual arrived 10 minutes early on a bank holiday . Very clean tidy and polite . Carried out work efficiently.

My roof had a leak because the rendering on the parapet wall had crumbled, the felt had perished and the flashing had corroded. HighTop did a very neat job of replacing all of these, bedding the tiles at the gable end, sealing the valley gutter and painting the new render to give a nice looking finish. They also did some remedial work on the chimney for me. Punctual, efficient, polite. Really pleased with the job.

We had had a couple of bad experiences with previous tradesmen replacing this gutter. Thankfully, third time lucky! Jack was a reassuring presence from the start. The quote was in line (perhaps slightly higher than others, but we felt Hightop was the right choice). A date was set. Jack's team arrived on time and the work was carried out efficiently and with accuracy, looking at it from the ground. They water-tested the gutter before they left and all seems well. My front and rear roofs had started looking weathered and needed attention. I called Jack to come round to have a look and following his advice and quote we agreed for him to replace several broken tiles, replace guttering and a fascia board and put down new led flashing. All was done as agreed with punctuality and care.
