Before we awarded the job to HighVerge we were very impressed with the professionalism of the quote process and the detail provided. We felt that the approach to the customer was the winning element! The job itself was more of a challenge that expected due to the spray foam insulation on the underside of the tiles. This added time to the overall job but the HighVerge team rose to the challenge and kept us fully updated over the course of the week. End result - perfect!! We even had some extra work completed after the team identified an issue with our Chimney while they were on the roof. 10/10 for the team - would highly recommend then for anything roof related - although they offer more services than just roof work!!

We are so thankful to Billy and the team. Billy came to look at a 'patch' job for us and took pictures and explained everything that could be done and what needed to be done as a minimum to stop the leaks and there was an in-between option, which is the one we went for. Due to an order being delayed they were able to come out the next day and completed the job efficiently and cleanly. Given the storm we had that night I was so glad the work had been done as no more leaks!

Highverge came out very quickly when we had a problem with our flat roof. They gave us various options for the repairs required and were honest and professional in their approach.

The work comprised replacement of guttering, building work and re-fixing some roof tiles. The team kept me informed of the work being undertaken and emphasised that they would not be happy until we were happy on completion of works. The person who went on to the roof to re fix the tiles also checked tiles on other parts of the roof. This was much appreciated and provided reassurance. Upon completion the team said that if we experienced any issue or problem to make contact with the company and they would rectify it. This is always good to hear.

Great guys that did a great job. Knew what they were doing and were very tidy.
