Eli and the team from home and dry have worked on my home in the past however , this time they have gone above and beyond . My mother called frantic that rain was coming in around the chimney brest . Even though it was late in the day with failing light, they located the problem installed a temporary fix and returned the following morning. Two perform a permanent fix by installing new lead flashing. mother is over the moon. And I cannot thank them enough, I would recomme. their services to everyone. Eli was friendly, honest and arrived on time as arranged which was appreciated very much as the weather was worsening over the winter months,we recently moved into a new built property and found the gutters to be blocked and the downpipe after chasing the builders to try and get this sorted for weeks we called Eli, He cleared all the gutters and unblocked the downpipe in no time to our relief.

The work was completed to a high standard with a thorough attention to detail. It ended up being a much bigger job than originally anticipated. It was stressful thinking you had a final price and then finding out more work needed doing. Overall very good business and would definitely recommend and use again as you have peace of mind that they will make sure everything is done properly.

Although it was not initially good news that I needed a new roof, I was guided and consulted every step of the way with Eli and his team. They were thorough, diligent, careful and polite. Eli and his team were great. They were very polite, very professional and very tidy. They replaced the felt and battens on our roof which involved lifting all the tiles, removing the old materials and replacing with new and then relaying all the tiles. They covered the contents of the loft so that we did not have to move anything and then vacuumed the loft space afterwards. The scaffolding arrived very quickly (a couple of days rather than the weeks we were quoted by others) and also was removed promptly by a very polite and tidy team (MACA scaffolding). Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure having Eli undertake the repairs and necessary works to our weather worn chimney stack and leaking tile roof, including removing moss and applying moss growth deterant. Eli was a very good professional which put my mind at ease and carried out a wonderful job, even going as far a carrying out a small repair on the gutterin without charging any extra. I would highly recommend him to everyone as he beat by far everyone else quote and completed the job faster than agreed upon.
